Thursday, March 21, 2013. Behind the Scenes of our Coffee Beans. We start with the highest quality of Certified Fair Trade Organic raw green coffee beans. We roast single origin green coffee beans as well as exclusive blends. Once the roaster has finished a batch of coffee beans, they are not quite ready to be consumed.
